The restaurant will be located in the 19th century Cole House which fronts on Arthur Kill Road.

Though the building is not landmarked, developers wanted to celebrate the rich history of the site and asked award winning architect, Jay Valgora to preserve the building as part of the design.

The area where Riverside Galleria is located was settled by the Dutch and has been a part of New York City history since it was first opened as a grist mill in the 17th century.
