Riverside Galleria is moving forward with its city mandated Uniformed Land Use Review Process, reported Steven Barshov, partner of the Manhattan-based Sive, Paget and Riesel who are the attorneys for the project.  Said Barshov in a recent Staten Island Advance Article, “We are expecting to get certified in the next three to four months of 2017, and then ULURP goes through its regular time period, and if all goes as it should, we’ll be approved.
