Robert Konig serves as Executive Project Manager for Riverside Galleria, a project of Melohn Properties, Inc.
Mr. Konig earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to practice Law in the states of New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Konig was employed by Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and Weil Gotshal & Manges where he worked with real estate mergers and acquisitions, in real estate financing and managed litigation related to real estate development.
Mr. Konig is currently engaged by Broadway Healthcare to serve as General Counsel. In that role, Mr. Konig oversees construction and handles all trade lien waiver documentation for development projects including Sullivan Regency in Monticello, NY; 120 Stuyvesant Place, Staten Island, NY and Regency in Lawrence, NY. Mr. Konig also oversees the Uniformed Land Use Review Process for commercial and residential development projects in Gravesend and Staten Island and manages residential real estate holdings in Miami Beach and Kissimmee, Florida.
Mr. Konig represents the Moshe Isaac Foundation on InEnTec’s Board. He is active in various charities and has worked pro bono representing holocaust survivors.
